Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at support@eliteusa.store or message us on WhatsApp
  • Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Get Authorization

  • We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • You'll receive return instructions and shipping label if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Include the RA number
  • Ship within 7 days of receiving authorization

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

  • We'll inspect the returned item
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive confirmation via email

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping costs for defective items

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location
